Days go by fast in this head-over-heels industry, and not everyone has the time to stop by every web page as often as they would like. Oilinfo.co.uk is no exception, despite our status as one of the fastest and most efficiently updated Norwegian oil and gas news sites around.

That's why we launched PetroNews Weekend in 2005. Sent out every Friday just before lunch time, this weekly electronic newsletter has rapidly gone from being a curious bi-product to become one of our most renowned and appreciated offerings.

PetroNews Weekend is distributed by means of a html-based e-mail, presenting this week's most important news and headlines on a single page. In addition, we spend considerable resources making exclusive stories and field reports; material going beyond what we usually confine our daily news stories to, and which spans a large number of disciplines.

In addition to the professional content, we also spice it up a bit by adding lighter material. Golf, food and wine tips, weather reports, information on upcoming conferences, courses and exhibitions, humorous quotes and other curious tidbits are all regulary included.

Around 9.000 subscribers receive PetroNews Weekend every week, and the number increases from week to week.
